Ek346 Terms & Conditions – Platform Usage Rules

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for or using any part of the ek346 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to fully comply with these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the ek346 platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as an individual user and the ek346 management. Your continued use of our platform following any updates to the terms will be deemed acceptance of the amended terms.
The ek346 platform is available to individuals aged 18 and above only. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and that accessing online gambling services is lawful in your jurisdiction.
2. Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the ek346 platform. Owning or operating multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. ek346 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, including copies of valid identification documents. Failure to provide the requested information may result in your account being suspended or terminated.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. ek346 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.

- Do not share your login credentials with anyone.
- Log out of your account after each session, especially on shared devices.
- Contact ek346 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
As an ek346 platform user, you agree to use our services solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ek346 platform:
- Fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity involving financial transactions.
- Using automation software, bots or scripts to exploit the gaming system.
- Attempting to influence or manipulate game outcomes through unauthorised means.
- Sharing, selling or transferring your account to another party.
- Registering an account on behalf of another person or using a false identity.
- Technical interference with the platform's infrastructure or security systems.
Any breach of these terms will result in immediate action, including account suspension, permanent closure and, in serious cases, legal proceedings. ek346 reserves the right to retain evidence of violations and report them to the relevant authorities.
4. Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals (MYR)
All transactions on the ek346 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Deposits and withdrawals can be made via supported local payment methods, including FPX, domestic bank transfers and designated e-wallets.
Deposits will be credited to your account once payment has been confirmed by the financial service provider. ek346 is not responsible for any delays caused by your bank or third-party payment processors.
For withdrawals, requests will be processed within the designated timeframe depending on the chosen method. Users are required to complete identity verification before their first withdrawal can be processed. ek346 reserves the right to place withdrawals on hold until all compliance checks have been completed.
- Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary depending on the chosen payment method.
- Funds deposited for wagering purposes cannot be reclaimed solely on the grounds of a change of mind.
- Any bonuses or promotional credits are subject to specific wagering requirements before withdrawals are permitted.
- Ek346 reserves the right to conduct additional checks on withdrawals that exceed certain limits for compliance purposes.
5. Liability Limits, Account Policy & Intellectual Property

Ek346 and its management shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use this platform, including losses from gaming activity, temporary technical disruptions, or data loss beyond our control.
Account Suspension and Closure
Ek346 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time where there is reasonable evidence of a breach of these Terms & Conditions, fraudulent activity, or a threat to platform security. In cases of temporary suspension, the user will be notified and given an opportunity to provide clarification where applicable. For permanent closures due to serious violations, any valid remaining balance — after deducting bonuses that have not met wagering requirements — will be returned in accordance with current procedures.
Intellectual Property
All content on the ek346 platform — including designs, logos, text, graphics, software and multimedia materials — is the exclusive property of ek346 or its licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify or use any of this content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

The ek346 platform may contain references or links to third-party sites. ek346 does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy policies or practices of any such third-party websites. Use of third-party sites is entirely at the user's own risk.
6. Changes to Terms & Applicable Law
Ek346 reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on this page. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically to ensure ongoing compliance with the latest terms.
Your continued use of the ek346 platform after any changes to the terms are published constitutes full acceptance of the amended terms. If you do not agree with the changes made, you must stop using the platform immediately.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms or the use of the ek346 platform shall first be resolved through mutual negotiation before any legal action is pursued.
